The 90-metre superyacht Dreamboat has sailed into Palma – and she could be yours, if you’ve got a spare 179 million euros lying around. Owned by American billionaire and Home Depot co-founder Arthur Blank, the gleaming white leviathan is one of the most jaw-dropping yachts on the market. Delivered in 2019 by Dutch shipyard Oceanco, she has quickly become a showstopper in the harbour, with curious onlookers lining the quayside to get a closer look at what’s on offer for the eye-watering price tag.

From the outside, Dreamboat cuts an imposing figure. Designed by world-renowned yacht designer Espen Øino, her sleek profile, sweeping lines and towering decks make her impossible to miss. Beneath the surface, she is just as formidable, with a steel hull, aluminium superstructure and a cruising range of over 5,000 nautical miles. Twin MTU engines deliver a top speed of 18.5 knots, ensuring this palace on water doesn’t just dazzle at anchor – she can move too.

Step inside, and things only get more extravagant. Interiors by Terence Disdale ooze understated luxury, with polished woods, marble accents and soft lighting giving the feel of a five-star hotel at sea. There’s space for up to 22 guests across nine opulent cabins, including an owner’s suite fit for royalty, while a crew of 27 are on hand to ensure no request goes unanswered. Every corner is designed with indulgence in mind, from the sweeping salons to the grand dining rooms.

The list of toys and amenities is staggering. Think a six-metre swimming pool with swim jets, a fully equipped spa, a cinema, a gym and even twin helipads for those who prefer to drop in by chopper. Up top, a sun deck complete with Jacuzzi, bar and panoramic views offers the perfect spot for sunset cocktails. And when it comes to fun on the water, guests can take their pick from jet skis, eFoil boards, scuba gear, wakeboards and an armada of luxury tenders.

Her arrival in Palma has turned the marina into something of a spectacle, with locals craning their necks for a glimpse of the floating mansion, which is currently docked between the Yasmine of the Sea and Koru. At 179 million euros, Dreamboat represents one of the most exclusive opportunities on the market today. For most, she’s a sight to marvel at from the dockside. For one deep-pocketed buyer, however, she could soon be the ultimate prize.
