This week’s cinema highlight is Marty Supreme (2025), directed by Josh Safdie, as Timothée Chalamet embarks on a relentless quest for greatness, earning the film nine Oscar and eleven BAFTA nominations. Also new is Sam Raimi’s survival comedy-thriller Send Help (2026), in which a stranded employee and her insufferable boss must overcome past grievances to survive a deserted island ordeal. For a glimpse into real-life politics, Brett Ratner’s intimate chronicle Melania (2026) explores the former First Lady’s life and her role beside the President, while Tim Burton’s family favourite Frankenweenie (2012) returns for a re-release.

Still showing are Chloé Zhao’s Oscar- and BAFTA-nominated drama Hamnet (2025), James Cameron’s epic Avatar: Fire and Ash (2025), and animated sequel Zootropolis 2 (2025). Coming soon is Emerald Fennell’s Wuthering Heights (2026), a passionate reimagining of Brontë’s classic, opening Friday, February 13.
