General health and wellbeing tips for different weather conditions
· Stay well hydrated throughout the day.
· Use sun cream even on cloudy days.
· On cold days, avoid sudden changes in temperature between indoors and outdoors.
· On hot days, air the house out early in the morning and close the curtains to keep it cool. You can also wear light-coloured clothing and avoid exposure to the sun during the hottest part of the day.
· If there are strong winds or gusts, secure any objects on balconies or terraces that could be blown away.
· Take care if you’re cycling or riding a motorbike: the wind can cause you to lose balance.

· On rainy days, don’t forget your umbrella or raincoat.
· Walk with caution: pavements may be slippery due to rainwater.
· If you’re driving, reduce your speed and switch on your dipped headlights.
