A pleasant, sunny Friday is forecast for most of Mallorca, but the springlike conditions are due to be moved aside by a reminder that it is still winter. The met agency says temperatures on Saturday could drop to 10 to 12C as a cold front moves in; the highs forecast by weather stations (as noted below) may be a tad optimistic.
It will be quite windy over the weekend; there is a yellow warning for the coasts with the exception of the south on Saturday. The forecast is for rain, possible hail, and snow as low as 900 metres. The outlook is for things to warm up again on Tuesday.
