The Calvia Council has launched the Magalluf Selfie route so that tourists and residents alike can frame their stay! It could be the end of what happens in Magalluf stays in Magalluf! The council has strategically placed photo spots in key parts of the resort.
According to the council through this installation they address a common holiday dilemma: having to ask a stranger to take a photo or settling for a traditional selfie that usually fails to properly capture the beauty or details of the surroundings.
The Magaluf selfie route is a tourist experience marketed by the company TURS take your selfie. It features patented smart signage that allows visitors to take perfect photos and selfies on their own.
Four stands have already been installed on Passeig Calvià and near Magaluf Beach on the Paseo Marítimo, and three more will be installed soon at the Torre de Torrenova estate.
