At the Michelin Guide Spain's ceremony for 2026 in Malaga on Tuesday, there was confirmation of the twelve Michelin Stars held by restaurants in Mallorca. No new stars in the regular category, but there was a new Green Star. This went to Terrae in Puerto Pollensa; the chef is David Rivas.

An award introduced in 2020 for restaurants that excel in sustainable practices, it is the fourth Green Star to be held by a restaurant in Mallorca.

Of the twelve stars, two are for Voro in Canyamel. Chef Álvaro Salazar's restaurant is the only one in Mallorca to be distinguished with two Michelin Stars. Andreu Genestar (Llucmajor) and Béns d’Avall (Soller) are two of the four restaurants with a Green Star.

The other restaurants with a Michelin Star are Dins, by Santi Taura, Hotel El Llorenç in Sa Calatrava; Es Fum the Hotel Mardavall; Fusión 19 in Playa de Muro, with chefs Aleix Serra and Marc Marsol at the helm; Maca de Castro, in Puerto Alcudia; Bulletin contributor Marc Fosh in Palma; Sa Clastra in the Hotel Castell Son Claret in Es Capdellà; and Zaranda in Palma under the direction of Fernando Arellano.
