Nicole Kidman’s 40 million euro Mallorca pad for sale

Two years ago while filming the hit Lioness series that brought renowned actors Nicole Kidman, Zoe Saldaña and Morgan Freeman to the island, Kidman stayed at one of the three most expensive properties in Spain in the luxury area of Son Vida near Palma.

According to information published on Tuesday by the real estate website Idealista, the property is one of the third most expensive in Spain. The designer villa located in Palma, in the Son Vida neighbourhood, which has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and an outdoor cinema. It is priced at €39.5 million.

The villa was designed by the Italian Matteo Thun. It has outstanding views over Palma Bay.
The property occupies 2,300 square metres and boasts six bathrooms, rooftop terrace with open-air cinema, gymnasium, parking for six cars, a botanical garden, a lift; these are just some of the other features.

The interior is in harmony with the Mediterranean environment and the exterior’s natural spaces. Everything is of the highest possible quality. The most expensive house in Spain is in Marbella (Málaga), priced at €50 million. The property has almost 1,600 m2 spread between the main villa and the guest house.

Second place goes to a country estate in Estepona (Málaga) called La Madrugada. It is built in a Spanish-Arabic style and is surrounded by nature, with views of the sea and mountains. It has 17 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms. It is priced at 40 million euros.
