The weather in Mallorca for the first weekend of July is typically summery. Aemet met. office spokesperson in the Balearics, María José Guerrero, said today that "it will be hot with high temperatures during the day and at night, that is, tropical nights."
Guerrero explained as of Saturday a mass of warm air from Africa will move towards Mallorca pushing temperatures up to, and possibly beyond, 36ºC.
