A 32-year-old Scottish man is in a serious condition in Son Espases Hospital having fallen from a height of around in Santa Ponsa yesterday afternoon. The incident occurred at around quarter to six yesterday afternoon in the calle Ramon de Moncada.
This followed an incident on Saturday at around 6.15pm when an 18-year-old tourist was also rushed to Son Espases after a fall from a third storey at a hotel in Magalluf's calle Martin Ros Garcia. It would seem that he had been attempting to climb to the balcony of his room because he had forgotten his key.
On Friday, a 43-year-old German man, who had only arrived in Majorca that afternoon, fell from a hostel first floor in Cala Ratjada at around 6pm. In this incident it would appear that the man was talking to some friends in the street below when he lost his balance and fell some five metres. He was taken to Manacor Hospital in what was described as a serious condition.
