Christmas market, carols and skating fun in Palma

The JoyRon Foundation and all its helpers have been working overtime to make this Friday (11 December) at The Boat House on Palma’s Paseo Maritimo (opposite the Auditorium) a night to remember.

The boutique Christmas market stalls are ready and will glow brightly on Friday evening, providing a wonderful backdrop to the evening's activities. If you are looking to give something different this Christmas then the market is a must to visit.

With the traditional carol service starting from 7.30pm with MC Frank Leavers and a local children’s choir leading the singing, The Boat House is the perfect place to start your Christmas.

To add to the evening there will be live music, children’s films and food available to all those wanting to enjoy a full fun night out. The great news is that The Boathouse will also be turned into a “Winter Wonderland” with Majorca’s newest skating attraction specially opening this Friday evening. The skating rink will be open to all with proceeds from the evening’s skating charges being kindly donated by The Boat House to the JoyRon Foundation.

Following this special evening's event, everyone can continue to enjoy family fun skating every weekday from 3pm to 10pm and at weekends from 11am to 10pm from 12 December to 22 January.
Entrance to the market on Friday is free and tickets for the carol service are just five Euros (available at the gate), children under-12 go free, and there is also a special family ticket for two adults and up to two children (ages 12-16) for 15 euros. Carol service tickets will include a carol sheet with lyrics, a candle (with drip tray to avoid burnt fingers) and a complimentary glass of mulled wine.
