If you want a fun-filled evening out this Saturday, 19 September, and also help support The JoyRon Foundation which is raising funds for the benefit of “The Children in Need in the Balearics” whose objective is to encourage the establishment and development of a children’s hospice-type facility on the island for children with life-threatening illnesses, then the Otto Rosso restaurant next to the Western Water Park, in Magalluf is the place to be.
The JoyRon Foundation founded by Ronald Hawes recently raised an amazing 8,000 euros plus through the sponsorship of their team in the recent Palma to Lluc Monastery walk, and now a fantastic country and western evening with line dancers has been organised by the foundation.
The evening promises to be noisy, fun and certainly entertaining as the much loved Leapy Lee and the well known singer Sharry are giving up their free time to put on what promises to be a great show. With line dancing adding to the country and western theme throughout the evening and with the chance to join in with the line dancing, never as easy as it looks, it will surely be a night to remember. The evening starts at 7.45pm and with songs throughout the evening from both Leapy and Sharry it will make the Blues Brothers look tame as well known country and western songs fill the air, the dancers will be showing off all their moves and all for raising funds for such a wonderful need and future project here on the island.
So get on your horses and come on over folks and make it a good ole night out. You are all wanted. Dress casual, but cowboys and cowgirls are most welcome. More details from Ron on 608 53 12 11 or e-mail joyronfoundation@gmail.com.
