The first lunch meeting of our newly formed Subscribers Club takes place today at Marc Fosh´s Misa restaurant in Palma. A capacity of 70 guests will be attending including the Chairman and owner of Real Mallorca FootballClubUtz Claassen, the former Chairman of theMonarch/Cosmos Travel Group, Hugh Morgan, the British Vice Consul for the Balearics Gillian Brion, the U.S. Consular Agent, Kimberly Marshall, the Calvia Councillor for foreign residents, Angela Guerrero and Kate Mentink,formerly of the Balearic government and Calvia Council. After the lunch a prize draw will be taking place and amongst the items which can be won is a beautiful landscape painting by Alfonso Loeffler of Pollensa who died earlier this year. His widow, Dorothy, a longtime Bulletin columnist and supporter, donated the painting for today´s draw. Details will also be unveiled today of a series of discounts which will be available to Bulletin subscribers who will now have their own loyalty card which will allow them access to a number of money-saving discounts. Bulletin subscribers will also be able to enter a draw for a fantastic holiday in the sun with a competition taking place through the pages of the Bulletin in the coming weeks.
