Germany’s leading airline Airberlin has once again confirmed their commitment with Palma and Majorca, by confirming yesterday it will be allocating five million flight seats to the Balearic capital this summer.
Palma will be connected with 34 national and international destinations, with extra flights and seats to 11 German, Swiss and Austrian cities.
“Our target for this year is stability.
“In previous years we had, like everyone else to cut back, but this year it will be different,” Paul Verhagem, director of airbelirn for Spain and Portugal said.
“No more cut backs. Nonetheless overall we will not be increasing the frequency of the flights, but simply fly with bigger planes which can accommodate more travellers,” Verhagen added.
