The Guardia Civil yesterday issued a plea for help from the public in identifying the body of a woman found floating in the sea on 10 July.
Palma.—The battered body of a woman aged between 20 and 30 was found early on the morning of 10 July floating near some rocks just off the beach of Aucunada in Alcudia.
According to the Guardia Civil at the time, the body showed signs of having been beaten to the face and others parts.
But, there was nothing in the woman’s clothes nor nearby items they suspect belonged to the victim which have provided any suggestion as to her identification. Investigating officers are convinced that she is foreign.
She has curly brown hair, blue eyes and is approximately 170 centimetres tall.
