The 12 immigrants who managed to enter Spain illegally yesterday through Cabrera National Park will be transferred today to the International Foreign Centre in Barcelona, after the National Police in Majorca finished their identification process.
The Balearic Government informed yesterday via press release that initially the police located eleven immigrants yesterday at midday, but later that night another person was found hiding on the little island. One of the individuals is believed to be a minor .
The authorities also praised the park’s CCTV and radar system efficiency, who not only managed to detect the individuals but also where the boat they arrived in was from.
