British authorities are poised to open their own investigation into the death of Tom Ousby who fell to his death in Magalluf.
Palma.—A post mortem apparently found that 19-year-old Tom Ousby had been hit around the head, had a black eye and severe bruising to his back and the family have recently held talks with the local MP and Dominic Grieve, Attorney General who are said to be open to ordering that an investigation be opened by British police.
At the time, there was much speculation about the fact that Ousby, a popular musician who was working the summer season in the resort, had been chased up to the ninth floor.
Tests proved he had no drugs and only minimal alcohol in his system and witnesses have come forward to say they saw Tom being chased through the grounds of the hotel by two mystery men in the moments leading up to the fall.
