Take on the all inclusives by offering something different

Palma.—With resort bars and restaurants continuing to feel the pinch because of the annual increase in the number of all inclusive hotels and resorts on the island, Vegan expert, chef and Daily Bulletin food columnist, Stephanie Prather of Mallorca Vegan and Christian Bustos of Liagiba Los Sabores del Mundo (the Spice Shop on Olivar Market) will on Monday evening be giving the first of a series of free Vegan workshops for chefs.
Stephanie explained yesterday that one of the problems she has noticed is that apart from the Thai, Indian and Fusion restaurants, the vast majority of resort bars and restaurants are all serving the same food and food which is pretty similar to that which is served inside their all inclusive hotel. So why go out?
