ESRA all island annual car treasure hunt

Palma.—The ESRA All Island Treasure Hunt was once again a fun filled and challenging event for all the teams that took part on Tuesday, 25 March.

With some 21 teams from all Districts and over 80 participants the start from the Menestralia Restaurant at Campanet had to be well organised by ESRA North who had the pleasure of arranging the route of 60 kms and the 36 clues to be answered by the teams. The route took two hours and ended back at the restuarant where the answers were checked and lunch was served before the presentation of the prizes to the winning teams by David Whitney, the recently elected ESRA Vice President and Janet De Vries Chairperson of ESRA North.

The excellent buffet lunch and wine went down well after the long and challenging treasure hunt. Some of the teams enjoyed their lunch still in their fancy dress and hoping to win the prize for the best fancy dressed team. All who took part agreed they had a great day and are looking forward to next year’s Treasure Hunt which will again return and be organised by ESRA S.East as the District with the highest average score.
