Palma.—Former President of the Balearics and Spanish Minister for the Environment, Jaume Matas and the former President of the Council of Majorca, Parliamentary Speaker and leader of the now defunct Majorca Unionist Party, Maria Antonia Munar, coincided in court yesterday.
While they were both being questioned about separate corruption cases, just 50 metres separated the two court rooms they appeared in to be quizzed about claims that they either received or gave back handers to political colleagues.
