MARC FOSH UNVEILS GROUP'S THIRD PALMA RESTAURANT

BULLETIN readers will know that Marc Fosh and partner Roberto Bragagnolo are opening a new restaurant in Palma.
Roberto began writing a new column last Saturday and this will be a weekly countdown and the trials and tribulations of opening a new restaurant.
However, today, we can announce that the MISA BRASERIA+BAR is going to open in February.
Marc, who was the first British chef to have been awarded a Michelin Star in Spain, said yesterday that he is really excited about the new venture. “We are pleased to announce the opening of our new restaurant, MISA BRASERIA+BAR in February 2011. “It will be our third restaurant in Palma and very different from both Simply Fosh & Tasca. “MISA will be a Mediterranean Brasserie with a Modern-Rustic feel. “It will feature a relaxed and vibrant cuisine with an exciting “Grazing” element with small portions served in the bar area,” he explained.
MISA will offer the city of Palma something totally new.
It will be taking informal dining to new heights with Marc Fosh's renowned cooking set in contemporary, stylish surroundings.
Marc's menu is currently being enjoyed by thousands of Lufthansa Business and First class passengers worldwide.
