THE search continued yesterday for the missing British holiday rep, Jacqueline Tennant, who disappeared on 8 October having embarked on a trek in the Tramuntana mountains. Six members of a Conwy volunteer rescue service joined the search on Monday and will continue to aid police in Majorca until this coming Friday.
The specialist team has said that they are being realistic about .thier chances of finding Tennant, stating that is is very difficult to ascertain exactly what mindset she was in, whether she had an accident and where exactly she may be. However, they are confident that they will be able to find some trace of the 45-year-old trekking-enthusiast from Reading, Berkshire, having taken part in several successful volunteer rescue searchers for missing persons around the world.
