Rich Americans, especially those who have retired, are being advised to take advantage of the strength of the US dollar and the magazine's web page lists some of the best locations in Europe, which have now become more affordable.
It advises Stateside entrepreneurs: For anyone who wants to uproot themselves to live in one of the world's more historical and culturally rich regions, it's hard not to consider Europe.
