The fastest movement on the pitch all afternoon may have been from the photographers swarming around supermodel Claudia Schiffer as she kicked off yesterday's Kick for Kids charity match organised by Boris Becker, but what a group of veteran footballers lacked in speed they more than made up for with skill. Starring in the afternoon game at the Magalluf stadium were some living legends from the world of football who still know how to turn on the style when there's a watching crowd of over 5'000 spectators. Joining the former Wimbledon tennis star were favourites such as coach to the Spanish national team Jose Camacho, Barcelona and Germany legend Bernd Schuster, former Real Madrid star turned football pundit Michel, former England, Arsenal and Nottingham Forest star Tony Woodcock and current coach to the German national side Rudi Voller. Add to the above another ten former German internationals and a handful of VIPs and you have yourself a match. Voller, sporting the same dodgy hairstyle of his playing days, was the class act on show scoring and making goals in the first half for Becker's team against a midfield marshalled by the wheezing Schuster and a defence led by the chubby Camacho who captained his team admirably. The former Real Madrid man may give the impression of the boy with asthma who always forgets his gym kit, but he can still play a bit albeit at a slower pace.
