The Civil Aviation Authority in Britain has announced that the number of delays suffered by air passengers at the UK's top ten airports has increased. The length of time charter flights were delayed has increased with the average delay having gone up to 37 minutes, compared to 29 minutes in 1999. The Civil Aviation Authority said that among holiday destinations, Palma experienced flight delays of 50 minutes last year. The average increase in a delay out of Gatwick last year rose by nine minutes. Ibiza, and its goings-on, is destined to be the centre of television attention again with Sky Pictures preparing a fictional version of Sky One's factual series about British youth behaving badly on the island. The film called Is Harry On the Boat is due to be broadcast later this year and the television movie will feature a cast of young British stars such as Royle Family's Ralf Little and the former Hollyoaks stars Will Mellor and Davina Taylor. The drama will follow a group of twenty-something tour reps sleeping their way round Ibiza, during a summer of drug taking and clubbing, before a tragedy forces them to sober up, the Guardian reported.
