The Sa Millor 2025 gastronomic contest has named ‘La Adictiva 3.0’ from Burger Doze in Campos as the best burger in Mallorca. Recognised as the official benchmark for the burger scene in the Balearic Islands, the competition evaluated 55 burgers over six months, with over 6,000 public votes and 900 kilometres travelled by the judges. Organisers praised the winning burger for its intense flavour, perfectly balanced ingredients, and flawless technique.

The Winning Burger

‘La Adictiva 3.0’ combines brioche bread with American buffalo meat, double matured cheddar and Edam, citrus honey mayo, Jack Daniel’s bacon jam, and crispy fried onion rings. Priced at €12.50, it impressed both the public and expert panel. In second place was La Emily from TO-DO in Cala d’Or, a 180-gram matured beef patty burger for €15.90, while Demon Premium from Catando Burger took third place at €18.50.

Best Burger Foodtruck and KM0 Awards

In the Best Burger Foodtruck category, ‘La Manduka’ from Manduka Foodtruck defended its title, proving that mobile kitchens can match the quality of fixed restaurants. The jury highlighted its balanced flavours and intensity. Meanwhile, ‘La Menorquina’ from The BB Cocktail Bar in Binibeca (Menorca) won the Best KM0 Burger, made entirely from local Menorcan ingredients. The burger celebrates traditional island cuisine and sustainable dining, putting a spotlight on the importance of proximity in contemporary gastronomy.

Winners Across the Balearic Islands

Sa Millor also recognised outstanding burgers from other islands. In Formentera, Mama Carmen repeated its victory with the creation ‘Q-lona’, consolidating its reputation in the local burger scene. In Ibiza, The BOOO impressed with its ¡The Rebel! burger, praised for its bold and surprising character that combines technique, flavour, and personality. In Menorca, Sa Tintina’s ‘Smash Brutal’ was awarded the best burger on the island, noted for its texture, intensity, and flawless execution.

Sa Millor: A Social and Culinary Phenomenon

With over 6,000 public votes, Sa Millor has become more than a food contest; it is a cultural event celebrating local cuisine. Organisers highlighted the public’s enthusiasm and the competition’s commitment to local, sustainable ingredients, reflecting a growing awareness among both professionals and diners about the importance of supporting regional producers. The 2025 edition demonstrates that Mallorca and the Balearic Islands are leading the way in gourmet burger innovation, delighting both locals and visitors alike.
