Dear Sir/Madam,

I have just read your report about Palma Airport and I have used the airport for 40+ years, I always found my way around quite easily.

Two weeks ago, new huge structures through the terminal blocked views in every direction. It felt confusing.

After an easy check in with the marvellous TUI I headed for passport control but did lose my way for the first time I think because the view through the airport is gone now, it's just corridors by check in desks especially.

This is the worst part.

Needing help, I asked 2 Spanish a woman and a man at an Aena desk did they speak English? They said No and pointed to a sign below their desk it said No Information on a piece of paper. These two work in the travel industry, English is a world wide spoken language yet apparently they knew none, millions pass their desk, some may need a little bit of help. They shut me down, they laughed at me, it was very very upsetting. Two staff for Aena literally next to where I wanted to go but....I had become a bit disorientated and all they had to do was be kind, to listen and they could have said it's to the right of them, literally the right of them, or just pointed it was next door. I wanted Passport Control. These are a shocking pair of individuals who humiliate good people and Aena really should be looking into their cruel behaviour.

They give Palma Airport a bad reputation. I'll never forget their horribleness to me.

Kind Regards,
