I've just read with intest your 'long walk' article at Palma Airport on Page 2 of the March 20th edition of the Mallorca Bulletin.
Please see screenshot from a cycling app of our long walk at Palma Airport last March 2025. It's a whole mile and took just over half an hour.
We couldn't believe it when we saw the enforced route-march we'd been taken on as surely, there must have been a shorter, more direct way to exit and for the less mobile/able passengers who hadn't been pre-warned and therefore not had the opportunity to book assistance it was exhausting.
Clearly, great importance was placed on walking us through Duty Free. If I was a cynic, I'd suggest that was the point of the massive detour.
