The Jeff Bezos fleet has moored up in Palma after an exciting summer which saw them play a leading role in his marriage to Lauren Sanchez in Venice in June. For the last few weeks his luxury sailing yacht, Koru, has been cruising off the coast of the Balearics followed by support ship Abeona.
The Koru, the world´s biggest sailing yacht and valued at more than 500 million dollars is moored up close to the main dockyard in Palma while support ship Abeona is moored in the Club de Mar yacht club.
The Koru is a three-masted sailing yacht 127 meters long with a navy blue hull. She requires annual maintenance costs of at least $30 million.
A 75-metre 1,900 Gross ton yacht support vessel, the Abeona, will "shadow" Koru, providing additional crew accommodation, a helipad with enclosed helicopter accommodation, and capacity for relief supplies.
According to Forbes, as of May 2025, Bezos's estimated net worth exceeded $220 billion, making him the third richest person in the world. He was the wealthiest person from 2017 to 2021, according to Forbes and the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
