Dear Sir,
Ray Fleming’s pathetic and unabated snide commentary on the British prime minister appears to know no bounds. What is his problem? His ridiculous headline, ‘Another Cameron gaffe’, in your 30 September edition, was based on a BBC interview in which Cameron declared his overriding passion for a United Kingdom as opposed to similar feelings for the European Union. And why not? So would say the majority of UK citizens.
Expressing such an opinion is hardly a gaffe. It is an honest, personal, objective and rational view.
Mr Fleming should firstly take a course in semantics, then get off his high horse and recognise that the EU is not God’s gift to mankind, far from it.
Indeed, a little more positivism and balance from Mr Fleming in his badly informed ramblings I am sure would be much appreciated by all your readers.
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Ferguson
