Dear Editor,
MY husband and I have just returned from one of our many holidays in Palma Nova/Magalluf in Majorca. We go twice a year and sometimes more if we can fit it in. We both just love it and have made many friends over the years.
I have however, a point that I would like to mention:
It concerns the area between Roosters chip shop and the Sol Vista apartments, a tract of land which was originally a large piece of waste ground but has now been landscaped. It is well laid out with plants, shrubs and trees, a walled area and a lovely footpath leading off in different directions.
IT is very nice indeed, apart from inconsiderate dog owners who let there dogs foul everywhere. It is particulaly noticeable on the footpath which hsa become disgusting!
Why is there no dog bags and bins supplied for dog owners?. Something needs to be done soon. Maybe it would be an idea to supply pedestrians with plastic bags for there feet?
