To the Spanish government who has scrapped the Christmas bonus for civil servants. When I say civil servants, I mean nurses and teachers among others, who really deserve a cash gift at Christmas for all their hard work and dedication. Nurses and teachers do not earn enormous sums of money so I am sure that the government could find savings elsewhere, like their fleets of official cars and drivers. One thing is cutting back because of hard times the other is being scrooge.
