A solution to the traffic problems in Palma

Dear Sir,
I see in the paper today that a report limiting access to Palma to ” prevent undesirable medium and long term consequences for economic etc” one way you could suggest is to allow odd numbers on odd dates and even on even dates I seem to recollect this happening somewhere else in the world and it worked quite well.

By the way I am hooked on your paper when I come for my summer holiday normally staying at the Luz Marina in Can Pastilla in July, which we have done on three occasions.
