The new English-language films showing this week in Palma and Marratxí bring three major releases. Nuremberg, James Vanderbilt’s gripping WWII psychological drama starring Michael Shannon, Russell Crowe and Rami Malek, opens at Rivoli Aficine and Festival Park. Zootropolis 2, the eagerly awaited animated sequel with Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman, brings high-energy family adventure to Ocimax and Porto Pi. Richard Linklater’s Blue Moon, a soulful portrait of Lorenz Hart’s struggles and brilliance, arrives exclusively at CineCiutat. Still showing are audience favourites including Jay Kelly, Dracula: A Love Tale, Wicked For Good, Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, and Bugonia.

Coming soon: Avatar: Fire and Ash premieres on December 19, continuing James Cameron’s epic saga as Jake and Neytiri confront the fierce Ash People and a new wave of conflict on Pandora.
