Palma has officially ushered in the festive season, with the traditional Cort Nativity Scene opening yesterday, followed by the grand Christmas lights switch-on this evening. These events mark the start of Mallorca’s Christmas celebrations. Situated at Palma Town Hall (Ajuntament de Palma), the Cort Nativity Scene was the first of many to open across the city over the coming weeks, offering residents and visitors a festive journey running until January 2026, with adapted schedules to facilitate visits.
