This week’s English-language film lineup blends heartfelt romance, cult-classic rock, martial arts action, and chilling mystery on Mallorca screens. New to cinemas is Materialists, Celine Song’s witty and bittersweet romantic drama starring Dakota Johnson, Chris Evans, and Pedro Pascal. In the bustling world of New York matchmaking, a young woman finds her professional instincts colliding with her personal life when she’s torn between the perfect match and the imperfect ex who still holds her heart. Smart, stylish, and sharply observed, it’s a fresh twist on modern love. Also debuting is Hedwig & The Angry Inch, John Cameron Mitchell’s groundbreaking 2001 rock musical about a gender-queer punk singer chasing love, identity, and stolen songs across the U.S. Raw, funny, and unforgettable, it’s a one-night-only treat for fans of cult cinema.

Still showing are Karate Kid: Legends, which sees Jackie Chan and Ralph Macchio return to mentor a new fighter in a high-stakes martial arts journey; Brave the Dark, a moving drama about confronting painful pasts; and Weapons, a tense and disturbing thriller from Barbarian producer Zach Cregger. For lighter fare, The Bad Guys 2 keeps the laughs coming with one last heist, while The Fantastic Four: First Steps offers cosmic spectacle, and F1: The Movie takes high-speed drama to the track.

Coming soon: Jaws celebrates its 50th anniversary with Spielberg’s iconic shark thriller returning to the big screen from August 29. See full schedules and cinema locations below.
