This service is a useful tool to check if your flight is delayed. Flight information is updated in real time and may change during your trip to the airport. What rights do I have in case of delay?
If your flight is delayed by more than 5 hours, you are entitled to a refund. You also have the right to claim and receive compensation, if applicable. In the event of a long delay, you are entitled to assistance, food and drink, access to communication, accommodation (if necessary) and transport to and from the place of accommodation.
