New host at the Mallorca Country Club: Rauschenberger takes over club restaurant

The new restaurant at MCC offers Mediterranean fine dining with a menu that changes seasonally

Since the beginning of May, there’s a fresh reason to visit the Mallorca Country Club: Rauschenberger Catering & Restaurants is now the exclusive gastronomic host of the renowned club in Santa Ponsa – delivering warm hospitality and top-tier cuisine that turn every visit into a special occasion.

With more than 40 years of experience in fine dining and event catering, the company now brings its expertise and commitment to quality to the southwest of the island – much to the delight of members and guests.

The Rauschenberger Group was founded in 1982, when Jörg Rauschenberger opened his first restaurant near Stuttgart shortly after graduating from the Lausanne Hotel School. Encouraged by early success, he and his growing team opened a string of venues over the years, including the two Michelin-starred Goldberg in Stuttgart-Fellbach. Today, the group is considered a premium player in Germany’s fine dining sector and employs around 500 people.

Following permanent establishments in Stuttgart and Munich, Mallorca marks the company’s third fixed location. “After launching on the island as a catering partner of Motorworld Mallorca, we are now proud to also host at the Mallorca Country Club – a wonderful step forward for us,” says Natascha Flamm, who now leads the business in its second generation. It was Flamm who developed the group’s event catering division – significantly broadening the company’s scope and laying the foundation for its expansion.

The new restaurant at MCC offers Mediterranean fine dining with a menu that changes seasonally. Current dishes include shellfish tagliatelle, veal fillet on pea purée with smoked almonds and chorizo oil, and courgette flower filled with ratatouille, ricotta, and pine nuts.

The spacious grounds, including grass courts, the clubhouse, indoor and outdoor areas, and the generous terrace with views over the pool and Santa Ponsa’s green hinterland, provide a stunning backdrop.
